Tide Cleaners

The primary challenge for the Tide Cleaners Driver App project was to develop an iOS application that would allow drivers to login and access their daily routes quickly and easily. The app also needed to provide drivers with information about each drop-off location, such as access information, and allow them to inventory their route. Additionally, the app needed to enable drivers to pick up dirty orders and drop off clean orders while ensuring that the orders were accurately tracked. My team worked closely with Tide Cleaners operations team and drivers to understand their requirements and design a solution that would address their needs. The Tide Cleaners Driver App was designed to be user-friendly, with an intuitive interface that allowed drivers to access their daily routes quickly and easily. The app also provided drivers with information about each drop-off location, including access information and inventory details. The Tide Cleaners Driver App also had a feature that enabled drivers to scan barcodes on laundry bags and track the status of each order, making it easier for them to ensure that all orders were accurately tracked. The app also allowed drivers to take photos of each laundry order, which helped to improve accuracy and accountability.
